Merchandise I designed for college students including pins, stickers, and apparel. Each design went under
serveral rounds of sketching/ideation, feedback, iteration and mock-ups to ensure quality and marketability of
the final product.
EthiCAL Apparel is a student-run
business and social enterprise with a focus on social good and sustainability. We design, market, and sell our
own line of stickers, pins, and apparel to students on campus. We source these materials from sustainable
brands, like HAE Now, and work
with local businesses, like Prolific Screen
Printing Co. to produce our t-shirts, sweaters and more. From there, we donate 60% of our profits to
support small businesses and entrepreneurs.

Eggsplore! is an embroidered t-shirt printed on a high-quality, 100% cotton t-shirt. To appeal to a wide audience, I chose a popular food item: eggs. Also, prior sales data suggested that left-breasted designs sold better. It was designed in Illustrator with a print-ready format, and has sold over 300 units to date.
Funky Friends (left) is a matte sticker sheet collaboratively designed by Minjung Kim, Diana Fan, and me. It features several cute yet funky characters with crayon brush strokes and pastel colors. Fruit Labels (right) is another matte sticker sheet designed by me. This sheet was inspired by real grocery store fruit labels, but they include more eye-catching designs. Both sticker sheets underwent critique and iteration to hone down the target audience and ensure quality.>
Since both sheets are premium, waterproof and UV resistant, they can we used on a variety of every day objects. Place them on waterbottles, laptops, pencil boxes and more!
Banana Leaf is a hard-enamel pin constructed with gold hardware. I wanted to capture the
pretty variegation and veins of foliage as a brooch that can be placed on canvas bags, jackets or other
apparel.
